Who we are
Heycater! is the central platform for business catering. We organise lunches, meetings, events and office supplies for companies so that everyday catering is simple, predictable and reliable.
Why we heycater! founded
We founded heycater! because we saw how much time and energy companies invest in organising food every day. Comparing offers, coordinating caterers, following up on invoices. It's necessary — but it shouldn't be your own job. Our aim is to reduce this complexity and create a clear, digital process.
Our solution
Today, we bundle hundreds of certified catering partners and connect them with companies via one platform. From inquiries and offers, to delivery and billing, everything is structured and transparent in one place. This results in a simple workflow, removing many individual steps.

What drives us is not to build as many functions as possible, but to solve real problems. We listen to our users, test early and improve continuously. The focus is on simplicity, high quality standards and responsibility in implementation.

What is the quality of heycater! I can expect?

heycater! stands for the highest quality in the area of events and catering - that's why we work exclusively with carefully selected and certified caterers. To ensure this claim, we take comprehensive measures to ensure that each of our catering partners meets our high standards:

1. Careful selection and review of caterers: All our catering partners are guided through a strict selection process. We review each caterer for experience, reliability, and ability to provide high-quality services.

2. Quality & Safety program: We have developed a comprehensive program aimed at ensuring high standards in the areas of hygiene, product quality and packaging. This program also includes auditing our caterers according to industry-standard criteria and ensuring that they have regular certifications.

3. Reviews and customer feedback: We actively collect reviews and feedback from our customers after every event. This feedback is crucial for the ongoing evaluation of our caterers and helps us to retain only those providers in our network who consistently achieve high satisfaction scores.

4. Test caterings: New caterers first go through test caterings before they are included in our regular offer. This allows us to evaluate their services under real conditions and ensure that they meet our expectations.

5. Internal Caterer Rating System: Our internal rating system categorizes caterers from “Newcomer” to “Trusted” to “Premium.” These ratings are based on their performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with our quality standards. This system enables us to transparently inform customers about the experience and reliability of our caterers.

6. Through these measures, we ensure that our customers receive first-class catering at every event that meets and often exceeds their expectations.

Do the prices include VAT?

No, our prices are net prices. The value added tax is calculated in addition and is clearly shown in the price overview. There heycater! specializes in working with business customers, the prices are deliberately net. As a business customer, you will not incur any additional expenses due to VAT. This is recorded as part of your regular business activity and can be claimed as usual via the advance sales tax return. In effect, you only pay the net amount of our services.

What happens when I make a catering request?

After you submit your request, our catering experts will review your details and get in touch with you to discuss all the details. Your request only becomes a binding order after we have coordinated everything with you and received your confirmation.

Do you also offer catering for private events?

We currently focus on business-to-business (B2B) events and offer our services primarily for companies and business events. For private events, however, you are welcome to ask whether an exception is possible.

Do you also offer international or specially themed menus?

Yes, we offer a variety of international and themed menus. Just tell us your desired topic and we will create a catering concept that is perfect for your event.
