It starts right on Monday with the Check-In Meeting. Every team lead briefly summarizes the highlights of the week. Communication is the most important thing, and when everyone knows what everyone else is doing, it's very transparent and people can sometimes even support each other.
Every Thursday we hold our Team Lunch. This is also how we test our caterers. We get food delivered and sit together at one table, listen to music, and enjoy good food like one big family.

On Fridays we have our Success Meeting, where someone from each team briefly summarizes the week's successes and connects the week to one of our values.
At the end of each month we celebrate everyone's birthdays with cake for the whole team :) We've grown so fast that if everyone got their own cake, we'd all be round as a ball! That's why we do it once a month, but properly!
Our hey!niversaries are hugely important to us. However long a team member has been with us gets celebrated with a plant carrying the words "thank you for growing with us". It's our priority to make this day special, as a way of honoring the time we've had with such a great person.

Slack Donut - we use this to randomly mix the team for lunch. This helps people get to know each other better across different departments.
Happy Hours - these events happen once a month, and it's all about raising a glass together after work and celebrating certain milestones :)
Employee Hosted Experiences - so far we've had the pleasure of a colleague leading a Pilates class. It was a lot of fun and gives everyone the chance to get involved and teach the rest of us something new.
Events - we place a lot of value on big, meaningful events. For example, on IWD we planned a lovely activity that ran all day. A lot of people took part, and there's more to come.
