Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No, our prices are net prices. VAT is charged additionally and is clearly indicated in the price overview. Since heycater! specializes in working with business clients, prices are intentionally listed as net. As a business client, you incur no additional effort due to VAT. It is recorded as part of your regular business operations and can be claimed as usual via your VAT return. Effectively, you only pay the net amount for our services.
What happens if changes to the catering arise shortly before the event in Hamburg?
We are always happy to try and accommodate any changes you may have. In consultation with our caterers, we will request changes at any time and do our utmost to help you in time. If the number of people at your event increases or decreases, that is also no problem. Even adjustments of +/- 10% are possible within the last 36 hours.
