These include the number of people, the type and size of the truck, travel costs, the duration of the rental, and any additional equipment or staff required. As a general rule, the more portions of a dish you order, the lower the price per person. Likewise, the greater the variety, the higher the costs may be. If you provide us with your total budget or your budget per person and the number of guests when you make your inquiry, we will find a suitable food truck for you or suggest an alternative if a catering truck does not fit your budget.

What is the minimum number of people for a catering order?
Our catering starts for group sizes of 10 people or more. We specialize in providing high-quality solutions for every type of event, whether for small meetings or large-scale events.
How last-minute can I place an order?
In general, you can book our catering services up to 24 hours before the desired delivery date. However, for an optimal experience, we recommend planning at least 48 hours in advance so that we can guarantee the best selection and service.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No, our prices are net prices. VAT is charged additionally and is clearly indicated in the price overview. Since heycater! specializes in working with business clients, prices are intentionally listed as net. As a business client, you incur no additional effort due to VAT. It is recorded as part of your regular business operations and can be claimed as usual via your VAT return. Effectively, you only pay the net amount for our services.
